Meet Nafis Tahshish Islam

Nafis joined VisionGreen in October 2020 after successfully completing his MSc Environmental Policy degree from University College Dublin (UCD) with a thesis on ‘Understanding Road Haulage SMEs’ Barriers to Adopting Green Investments and Practices in Ireland’.

Before that, he achieved an MSc International Business degree from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from North South University in Bangladesh, where he was born and raised. Nafis also has years of experience working in the sectors of International Development, Local Government and Journalism among other things.

A sustainability professional certified by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and primarily focuses on sustainability reporting projects in VisionGreen whilst helping the team in areas of consultancy, client management, transport management, administrative management, marketing etc.
